New York, NY (September 2, 2010) Lucha Libre USA proudly adds legendary Lucha Libre superstar Blue Demon Jr. to their Masked Warriors show coming to Whataburger Field in Corpus Christi, TX on Thursday September 9^th. Blue Demon Jr., one of the most well-known Mexican Luchadores will be wrestling the controversial RJ Brewer in what promises to be one of the most contentious fights of Lucha Libre USA.

The show will feature the highest level of professional wrestlers, directly from Mexico. Fans of professional wrestling will have the opportunity to witness the high flying and explosive action that only Lucha Libre USA can deliver.

Lucha Libre USA: Masked Warriors is the first English language Lucha Libre television series and is filmed for broadcast on MTV2 and Tr3́s: MTV Música y Más. The series launched on July 16th and has become one of the most talked about new shows on the air.

Blue Demon Jr. heir to one of the most iconic masks in the history of Lucha Libre, debut in 1984 alongside his father, Blue Demon, to become one of the most famous and recognized Mexican wrestlers among the international community. Trained by his renowned father Blue Demon Jr. picks up where his father left off to continue in the family legacy.

Featuring amazing aerial acrobatics and elaborate masks, Lucha Libre is a significant part of Mexican culture. It is the best attended live sporting event after soccer which is the national sport. Hometown: Guadalajara, Mexico

Neutronic has always dreamed of becoming a great luchador. He began wrestling when he was 13, and unlike other wrestlers he has never wanted to live in the shadow of his family legacy. He carved his own path and made a name for himself in the world of Lucha Libre. A luchador among luchadores, Neutronic thinks he is the most explosive and destructive luchador. He believes himself to be the fastest, strongest and most agile n the ring, and is confident that no one can hold a candle to his athleticism. However, he is also extremely paranoid that his spot will be given away if he doesn’t perform better than everybody else, making him a serious competitor who will do anything and everything to be the best in the league.

Hometown: Monterrey, Mexico

Mini Park comes from a long and very extended line of famous luchadores, most notably his uncle, LA Park from whom he inherited his name and mask. Although Mini Park had once been hesitant to join the family legacy, he turned to Lucha Libre after a nasty divorce as an outlet to release all his pent up anger. He now comes to the US attempting to get as far away from his vicious ex-wife as humanly possible. Mini Park loves to entertain crowds and will do anything to impress his uncle to prove to him that he is deserving of his inheritance. The hooded skeleton, inspired by the costumes worn on the Day of the Dead ceremonies, will often be seen dancing his way onto the ring and has become one of the most popular masks and a long time favorite among fans.

Tigresa Caliente seduces her audience with her feline grace, acrobatic moves, sultry attitude and overall good looks. She is a mean and spiteful woman who loves to pick fights with anybody and everybody. In a match, she doesn’t distinguish between the sexes and will easily punch a man in the face, as she would a woman. She grew up on the streets and is an indomitable force in the ring. You don’t want to mess with her, since she is ready and geared up to squash her enemies to a pulp. Along with her sidekick Chi Chi, they are here to prove how easy it is to make Lucha Libre look good.

On March 10, 1998, this dynamic fighter stepped out onto the ring with a look and personality inspired by his gothic lifestyle, and has left a lasting impression on his audience, ever since. Growing up Charly Malice had a rough and unstable childhood, which ultimately led him to the streets where he learned his fighting skills. He is a fearless and ruthless wrestler, who already hit rock bottom and is looking to rise up victorious in the ring.

Overcoming two major injuries one in 2002 and the other in 2008, Charly Malice is back and is ready for action!

Ring Name: Tinieblas Jr.

Tinieblas Jr. is darkness incarnate, and sucks the shine right out of his opponents. He has emerged from the shadows donning a faceless mask, to usher the forces of evil onto the ring. Tinieblas Jr. is the son of renowned Mexican luchador, Tinieblas, who first brought this faceless mask to legendary status. Tinieblas, the “blind” luchador, fights his opponents with his four remaining senses. Tinieblas Jr., the successor of this legendary mask, picks up where his father left off, and already feels like a legend because of his celebrated lineage.
